Email UsPCSX2 SVN r4463 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

Save-state: gracefully handle state load/save when the VM isn't at a valid state (was crashing on load state before running anything if a bios savestate existed)

Patch by pseudonim: Disable the state load/save menus when no active VM.

ReplyDeleteWhat the hell?! The emu won't even start on my computer! I have 486 cpu which is supposed to be 243 times better than minimunm dual core requirement! I have SVGA videocard - "super" means "the best", right? My Windows 31 is 4 times more advanced than Windows 7! And the emu tells me: "This programm cannot run under DOS mode". What does "DOS" mean anyway?! Stupid devs!

ReplyDeleteslow, gliching.. gow and gow2 and shadow of colossuss... and many more game the gow2 plugins is not gliching BUT TOO OLD and slower than the new one is gliching but faster ...

pcsx2 gets only little updates... WE WANT PERFORMANCE upgrade and remove gliches
ohh and my pc is : 6 core amd 4.0ghz OC gtx 560 OC 1000mhz.... 4gb ddr3 2000mhz...

ReplyDeleteAMD users don't get any advantage so with your Phenom II x6 it won't matter. Barely any games run full speed on AMD because the devs think that 11 extra strings gives it an advantage. Though Dolphin can run nearly all games full speed with SSE2, I guess PS2 hardware is more complex?

ReplyDeleteThese people are not making the emulator for your demands, so quit asking for something, if you want it so bad go get the source and learn coding.
In other words you agree that the devs are not making any progress and could care less about the people. It really seems the only way to set things right is to take up the coding.
