Dolphin SVN r7406

EmuCR:DolphinDolphin SVN r7406 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.

    Crash: the x86 version closes automatically after a few seconds of run the emulator in XP...

    Vcomp100.dll is demanded.
    The emulator hangs up when OPEN is selected.

    I wish the x64 version worked for me coz it's faster than x86. x64 hasn't worked on my machine since 7238. :(
