PCSX2 SVN r4206 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

* Added a --portable command line option to force portable mode operation. (same thing as adding pcsx2_portable.ini)
* Removed the old and complicated first page for the wizard. New page just has a language selector and some links to the CSX2 configuration guide and FAQ. The usermode/settings stuff has been supplanted by the simpler portable mode feature.
