NDSGBA v1.30 is released. NDSGBA is a new version of the Gameboy Avance Emulator for Nintendo DS and DSi. NDSGBA has been released by SuperCard Team. In order to use NDSGBA you must own a DS as well as a SuperCard DSTWO Nintendo DS Flashcart. The cart has extra CPU which makes GBA emulation possible.

nullDC SVN r82 is released. nullDC is an open source Sega Dreamcast(DC) and NAOMI videogame systems emulator for Microsoft Windows. nullDC runs several Dreamcast games at good speed, with full sound and music. NullDC requires the latest version of Microsoft DirectX, the latest Visual C++ runtime libraries and optionally WinPcap for modem emulation. As usual for emulators, a dump of the original console BIOS is also needed. It has a plugin architecture, with several alternative implementations (some ported from Chankast) for graphics, sound, reading games burned to CD-ROMs (it cannot read GD-ROMs directly) or disk image files, memory cards, etc.

Originally authored in 1997 by Chris Kirmse, it was the first port of Mame™ to the Windows platform.

The reasons for these changes are manifold: correction of previous errors, addition of new games with similar names, etc.. By the time the project has expanded by collecting not only changes the name of the sets but also a kind of statistical data-base.

MESS SVN r9431 is released. MESS(Multi Emulator Super System) is an open source emulator which emulates a large variety of different systems. MESS is a source-available project which documents the hardware for a wide variety of (mostly vintage) computers, video game consoles, and calculators through software emulation, as MAME does for arcade games. As a nice side effect to this documentation, MESS allows software and games for these hardware platforms to be run on modern PCs.
