Pcejin SVN r170 is released. Pcejin is a PC Engine / PCE CD-ROM / SuperGrafx Emulator. pcejin takes the accurate PCE emulation core in Mednafen and gives it a native Win32 interface and additional features.Mednafen-rr .mcm files can be loaded and converted with the Convert MCM menu item in the Tools menu, or the "Play Movie" hotkey. A mc2 file will be placed in the same directory as the mcm.

Two annoying bugs fixed:
First, Lag Counter wasn't reset when loading a new game.

Second, the Ram Watch Window wouldn't update unless Ram Search was also open.

More fixes: Lag Counter now actually resets. (Previous fix didn't do it.) Using the recent ROM menu now stops the playing movie.

Also, added a restart movie menu option.
