Dolphin SVN r6701

Dolphin SVN r6701 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.

~68% increase in GX_TF_IA8 decoding speed. Not an oft-used texture format. An example use is the Wii cursor in MKWii in the menus.

Removed left-overs from wiiuse, should fix the problems when building on windows.
