Dolphin SVN r6649

Dolphin SVN r6649 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.

Note that HLE wiimote activation is currently a little broken, so to
use multiple wiimotes you need to open the wiimote configuration window,
refresh (connect to) the real wiimotes, start the emulation and then
select Connect Wiimote 2/3/4 from the Tools menu or with hotkeys.
