ClientServerMESS v0.9

EmuCR:ClientServerMESS ClientServerMESS v0.9 is released. ClientServerMESS is a fork of MESS (Multi Emulator Super System) that allows players to play via the internet.

ClientServerMESS v0.9 Changelog:
-Loading Screens: Now when a new client joints, all other users will get a "Connecting new client" and then a "Waiting for client to catch up (% complete)" message, so that people do not think the game froze for no reason.
-Correctly handles games that do not have save state support by disabling the sync engine. For these games, a message will appear at the bottom letting users know that this game cannot be synced and that desyncs may be possible (although highly unlikely at this point).
