PCSX Reloaded SVN r59210

EmuCR: PCSX ReloadedPCSX Reloaded SVN r59210 is released. PCSX-Reloaded is a fork of the PCSX-df Project, a PlayStation Emulator, with support for both Windows and GNU/Linux operating systems as well as several bugfixes/improvements.

    Graphic issues with default video plugin (P.E.Op.S OpenGL driver 1.78):

    With Pete's OpenGL 2 plugin 2.9 works fine
