MedGui v1.35

MedGui v1.35 is released. MedGui is a GUI (Frontend) for Mednafen WINDOW OS.

- Add missing "disable sprite limits" options in pc engine, pc-fx e nes console
- Add missing ".hes" file extension in pc engine console

Know bugs:
- If you swap from simple mode to advance mode and return in simple mode, the system console cue file not recognize correctly
NB: pce_fast option work with configuration file, but not work with Mednafen 0.9.X (i think this is a bug from Mednafen)
