HalfNES v0.014 is released. HalfNES is an open-source emulator for the Nintendo Entertainment System, written in Java. Currently, it only runs as a standalone Java SE application.

Current Features:
- Supports Mapper 0,1,2,3 games
- SRAM saving works now
- Accurate sound core
- Cross-platform portable



HalfNES v0.014 Changelog:
- Added options dialog, still doesn't do anything
- Fixed folder structure more, added About box, no more exception if you close the
Open dialog without opening anything.
- Audio is very much improved Now updates channels every time a register is
written instead of just once a frame and everything sounds better. The triangle
linear counter and sweep aren't done yet. Also you get random drum fills at
inappropriate times because the envelope on the noise channel still doesn't work
right (or maybe envelopes in general are still broken?).
- Audio works even better now that the length counter's correct, added command
line support, added license info
