Dolphin SVN r6461

EmuCR:DolphinDolphin SVN r6461 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.

Quick FIFO fix for Donkey Kong Country Returns. Added a FIFO breakpoint check in the main FIFO loop. Aligned some of the FIFO registers to 32 byte boundaries, matching the VideoSoftware plug-in code.

Fixes issue 3536.
