Dolphin SVN r6382 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.

Remove my DESTDIR hack from the cmake build. It turns out this is built into cmake and works in the same way it does with the gnu autotools. Use it in the standard way with "make DESTDIR=/desired/location install".
