PCSX2 newdmac SVN r3915

EmuCR:PS2 emulatorPCSX2 newdmac SVN r3915 is released. PCSX2 newdmac is a branch of PCSX2. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

newdmac: various maintenance work... dev notes:
* Renamed spr1dma/spr0dma to toSprDma/fromSprDma
* Renamed ipu1dma/ipu0dma to toIpuDma/fromIpuDma (and associated g_fifo members)
* fixed some linux compilation errors and such.
* added missing newdmac savestate items (may not have covered them all yet)

    yeah, it is very clear from the spelling. The short term for Nichole should be Nich. Nick is clearly a man's name.
