VBA Plus v0.3.0 is released. VBA Plus is an open source GB/GBC/GBA emulator based on VisualBoyAdvance. With it you can play GB/GBC/GBA games on your PC.

VBA Plus Features
* Settings for Quick Save, Quick Load hotkeys;
* New NTSC filter by Blargg;
* Support 7z, Rar, Zip archive types.

VBA Plus v0.3.0 Changelog:
Fix:
*Wrong output width (all renders);
*Cruel slowdowns for DirectDraw render in Windows 7;
*Crash after change file type in open file dialog box;
*Not save file type in open dialog box for gameboy roms;

Add:
+Support 7zip, Rar, Zip file types;

    This has to be the worst thing about using windows 7. directdraw is mangled on it.

    the unrar code is free to use in a gpl program it's the creation of rar files that isn't allowed so there isn't anything bad about it.
