ValDanX v0.1 r17

EmuCR:ValDanX ValDanX v0.1 r17 is released. ValDanX is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for windows. ValDanX is a modified version of PCSX2. It's based on source code of PCSX2.

ValDanX v0.1 r17 changelog:
PCSX2:
1. Created Boot Manager.
2. Added EE Cyclerate x3 (import from 0.9.6).
3. Added VU Cycle Stealing 4 (x10).
4. New div vps.
5. Fixed asm code in GS.

CDVD:
1. Fixed bug boot Contra Shattered Soldier.
2. Added new read/write format: Z, Z2, Z2x3.

Memory card manager:
1. Fixed bug delete formated cards.

GSdx:
1. Updated Xbyak to 2.29.
2. Rewrited Cuda core.

    this pcsx2-offshoot is a joke. A couple of the PCSX2 coders (jake stine and rama) looked at it and confirmed that Valdanx is just an attempt by the author to convert the C++ codes in PCSX2 into assembly/machine code in vain hopes of speeding it up, which is useless because PCSX2 already has machine code for parts where it is useful.

    All Valdanx does is break compatibility. I have tried it myself and I can't get any of my ISO's to even boot.

    @first you write about 0.0 revisions, on 0.1 he rewrite all code 0.0 and create many bugs fixes!

    some games that require patches to run like wwe smackdown shut your mouth donot run in this version due to change in file gameindex.dbf and in other games there was some sound problems in previous versions which are fine now in this version thankx :)

    I think this emulator will have a good performance in the future, pcsx2 coders need to adopt new ways to accelerate ps2 emulation.

    vandalx is doing it. but you'll not see big improvements any time soon. anyway I see this fork of pcsx2 quite promising. cheers.

    this emulator sucks, i tried 3 different games and every one crashed after about hmmm say 2-3 mins ingame, and i cant change anysettings while the game is running otherwise guess what happens CRASH!? wtf?

    @#14: same thing happened to me, I've tried my KH2 and it crashed when I applied any speedhacks, also when I changed the % of base/slow/turbo frame adjust and (or) the NTSC/PAL fps limit, though when I applied the EE cyclerate x4 it gave me huge speedup after that it crashed.

    @#13: I agree with u, hope in the next version will be more stable.
