PCSX2 SVN r3844

EmuCR:PS2 emulatorPCSX2 SVN r3844 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

PCSX2 SVN Changelog:
r3840
- Enable patches is now on by default.
- Changed some configuration text, warning now that sVU is broken.
r3841
* Fix a bug that prevented devel/verbose console logs from being logged in Release builds.
* Switch microVU's cache logs to DevCon (verbose only). TODO: Make a vuPerfLog for them someday.
r3842
Made some more mVU messages tied to verbose flag.
r3843
Bugfix for rounding/clamping mode patches not being applied (and possibly some other obscure cpu settings bugs as well).

Cause: there were accidentally 2 instances of 'Recompiler' in the Pcsx2 emulator settings structure.
r3844
Lots of updates and fixes to the game database file.

    I've been getting better performance on the superVU recompiler for Digital Devil Saga, so you might want to keep an older SVN around for certain games.

    i randomly thought of the game metal saga an wanted to play it, i got it all setup an whatnot runs perfect 60fps at all times, but one stupid problem.....when i try to go to the status/equip screen its just a black screen? i can still hear the background music but no visual? any solutions anyone?

    okay....i just downloaded the pcsx2.net beta 0.9.7 svn and it works? so i guess one of there fixes inbetween there and this svn broke it idk
