ReplyDeletethe best PSX emulator ePSXe and then why waste time with this, all with buggy
ReplyDeletesome people like to spend time with these emulators weak. Affffffff!!!!!
ReplyDeleteePSXe is not open-source! There might never be a new version of it!
ReplyDeletebig deal! best a program with better stability than the possibility of open source.
ReplyDeleteOn the short term, yes. I use ePSXe too. However, nobody other than the author(s) can influence the direction of the emulator. You might never be able to use the emulator if you're on another OS, or maybe it will stop working even in the next version of Windows due to compatibility issues.
ReplyDeleteIf the author(s) decide to never release any more versions, then ePSXe will never change, it will stay completely static. Isn't this issue why we have emulators in the first place; because most games are closed-source and thus nobody but the authors themselves can port them?
ePSXe is all buggy I really wonder how that even works
ReplyDeletejust try to play Crash Team Racing (NTSC) or Tomba 2 with it
for those who have not updated the plugins and do not know how to configure, it is really difficult
ReplyDeleteePSXe is currently the best and final point, tomorrow does not belong to us.
ReplyDeleteif the windows no longer more have compatibility or use another operating system, when this is no problem, I play ePSXe in Windows 7 and see no problems. Has the emulator and plugins version linux official website of emulator and plugins on the site of Pete's Bernert.
and actually, I agree, if the emulator runs the latest Windows I have to fear? Win7 has at the life cycle of at least three or four years. Win XP many users already eternalized, from here to there a lot of water will scroll.
ReplyDeleteand if I want to run on Linux also supports the emulator and plugins.
Do what. There are people who like wipe away ice. waste time with weak emulators.
ReplyDeletePCSX Reloaded best emu ever!
ReplyDeleteThere is an easy solution:
ReplyDeleteDon't like it? Don't use it!
If you want to talk about the greatness of ePSXe - they have their own forums, no need to abuse this site.
Talk is cheap is hard to prove.
ReplyDeleteTrue it is, if you prove that PCSX Reloaded is better, I change for him. I have only ever seen a bunch of fanatic idolizing this emulator weak.
ReplyDeleteIt is nothing like stating the obvious, really ePSXe has more compatibility, only a blind man who does not see, this is proved in various web sites, more, let this guy PCSX Reloaded improve a little more and it gets better :)
ReplyDeleteAnyone who claims that there is a Linux version of ePSXe and thus there is no problem, has not tried actually using it. The Linux version is incredibly annoying to use and it's stuck at 1.6.0.
ReplyDeleteAnyhow, if you love ePSXe so much, then stick to it, but leave us alone.
Oh and Linux isn't the only alternative OS out there, many seem to think it is.
ReplyDeleteOn average 85% of Personal Computers (PC) run Windows, including me. What I have to worry?
ReplyDeleteI don't care if you worry, it's not a reason to tell the authors that their emulator is worthless. I also use ePSXe when I'm in Windows, but the license makes it impossible to ever continue or port ePSXe, thus PCSX-R is needed. If they ever open source ePSXe, then we'll have a different situation.
ReplyDeleteI never said that the PCSX-R is worthless, said it's not worth it because now track is still tuneless, incompatible with many games. Mais stay cold, the way he's going to be moving and updating it will probably get there.
ReplyDeleteWhile the ePSXe, for that moving the team that wins? ePSXe is compatible with Windows 7, is that I have more to celebrate. Hurullll!!!!!
I agree, if the emulator is good, and working on Win7 to update it ?
ReplyDeletemove in who wins, can cause undesirable crash
I know there will never be 100% accurate emulation, more running on ePSXe I have no complaints
Antitheist let's stop this fight, it seems like children fighting over a toy.
ReplyDeleteEach one has in mind what is good, if one says that ePSXe is good because it has more compatibility is not open source, okay, no there perfect software!
If there fanatics who worship this PCSX-R, all right, we must respect.
wow, I can't really get this to work with my games correctly, and epsxe is definetely better at the moment, but they do have a point. Being open source is very important for the future of the emulator. Some guy said "blablabla win7 has 3 more years". Cool bro, but do you think the world is gonna end in 3 years, don't you realise people will still want to play after that huuuuge amount of time has passed? lol
