Dolphin SVN r6197 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. OpenCL is enabled in this build.

Update the Cg framework for OS X to version 3.0.17.

Tested with ATI 2600 and NVidia 9400 graphics.

I have not updated the header files. There doesn't appear to be any
obvious interface changes for OS X, but the same might not be true
for Windows.
