Dolphin SVN r6166

Dolphin SVN r6166 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. OpenCL is enabled in this build.

JitIL: Fixed a bug (hack?) that NaN is considered as -0.0 in fcmpx. Implemented Nan check routine in FDCmpCR.
The bug (hack?) was introduced in r3312. I could not determine whether it was a hack or not.
