PCSX2 ReorderingMTGS SVN r3667

EmuCR:PS2 emulatorPCSX2 ReorderingMTGS SVN r3667 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

newdmac: sync with trunk (plus some excessive svn:native props that slipped in because of a misclick on my part)

newdmac: lots more progress. most dma controller fundamentals are finished now (still need to do all the tie-ins via HwRead/HwWrite register handlers, so still some work to go before new dmac is usable/testable).

    super vu was the problem

    i will report this to the pcsx2 google code if they havent already fix it but i bet they have done so and fix it they are fast on tracking the bugs

    HW antialisiang not working after i set aby value pcsx2 its CRASH!!!!!
