Dolphin SVN r6120

Dolphin SVN r6120 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. OpenCL is enabled in this build.

* Improved constants folding in load/store instructions
* Merged load instructions

This is almost the same commit as r6076/r6077 but x64 build has been fixed.
