PCSX2 SVN r3378

EmuCR:PS2 emulatorPCSX2 SVN r3378 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

zzogl-pg: Add a new header. Remove a few includes that didn't seem to be used, or were included from elsewhere.

    lol and how do u know speedup is insane on rev3380? all the mmx was already disabled..if anything it just made the file a bit smaller..rev338x will prob be out later tonight so chill dude

    It is new regardless PS2 versions EVERY day so just and lubricating them with patience.
