nullDC-Naomi SVN r38

EmuCR:nullDC-NaominullDC-Naomi SVN r38 is released. nullDC-Naomi is an open source NAOMI Arcade System Emulator. It will NOT run Dreamcast games.

-. Changed the GUI to have "switch to tab" as intended, instead of switching the
tabs' order.
drkMapleDevices:
-. Made ShowVMU global, and made it an INI setting too. Fixes Issue 102 .

PS: Test a lot please. All seems functional, but you never know.. =P

    hi
    work good but player2 control no work with keyboard and all plugin
    test with joy2key i use jpac on my sega aerocity
    tested with cvs2,cvs1,virtua tennis2 640x480i 15khz good ,but sf3 zero upper very high flikers
