Snes9x4D v20100429

Snes9x4D v20100429 is released. Snes9x4D is the SNES Emulator Snes9x for the Linux OS of the Dingoo Handheld. The Emulator now emulates the C4 custom chip, which is used in Megaman X2 and Megaman X3.
