Dolphin SVN r5285 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

Disabled game-specific Wii/Progressive Scan checkbox, since its never used by Dolphin; it would cause side-effects to global configuration if we did write to SysConf in that place.
