PCSX2 SVN r2752 is released. PCSX2 is a PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. Update portaudio to the current v19 development snapshot. It contains a LOT of changes on WASAPI.

Portaudio seems to work fine as a static lib, so it seems pointless keeping yet another dll around when it's unnecessary.
