Vba-ReRecording v22 (with lua51.dll) is released. VBA rerecording is the re-recording branch of VisualBoyAdvance.This is the development project for this branch of VBA. Its primary function is to expand features related to the creation of Tool-Assisted movies.

Lua: several changes for joypad api (ported from snes9x): * fixed joypad.set, it works fine even though the script has no frame-advance loop. * changed joypad.set, it no longer adds input if the field value means false.
