Dolphin SVN r4238 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

D3D: Reduce the number of DirectX API calls. However, it does not seem to give tiny speed up. If anyone find that this change actually slows DX9 down, I will revert it.
