Dolphin SVN r4203 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

GL: Delete "exact-2x" feature. The way it's currently implemented it requires us to allocate double-sized buffers, which really hurt some GFX cards. So, it's gone for now but may return later in some form.
