The reasons I replaced GL_GREATER with GL_GEQUAL in r2883 are:
1. gbatek says "Hide pixels if Alpha AlphaRef"
2. rasterizer also says "if(shaderOutput.a gfx3d.alphaTestRef) goto rejected_fragment;"
