Vba-ReRecording SVN r113 is released.VBA rerecording is the re-recording branch of VisualBoyAdvance.This is the development project for this branch of VBA. Its primary function is to expand features related to the creation of Tool-Assisted movies.

Fixed an old bug that caused the emulator to freeze.
Added an option "Options->Preferences->Relevant File Naming" to make the emulator prefer the old-fashion save/movie/etc. file naming to the new-fashion.
The default is the old fashion due to concerns that: 1) it is the tradition and people have been used to separate archive files, and most people aren't supposed to have a large archive file of ROMs. 2) it is more flexible.
Removed the last Win32 Registry junks.
