PCSX2 SVN r1303 is released.PCSX2 is a PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

- Tried a complex optimization with status flag updating.Didn't seem to work out as well as I thought.
I need some benchmarks of mVU (w/o hacks) before this update and after this update to see how effective it is.If its not much faster I might just revert the change (because I'm sure no-one is going to understand how it works this way).
